To help you prepare for your move, one of our moving coordinators will work with you to make sure we have all of your needs covered. From packing and crating services, specialty item moving, furniture disassembly, storage, or almost anything else you may need for your move, we have you covered. Our team will handle all of the scheduling and logistics so your moving team arrives on time and your items arrive to their destination on time.
During The Move
Our professional, highly trained team will arrive on time, in uniform, double check we have all your needs covered during the initial walk through, and get to work right away. We will prepare all of your furniture and fragile items so they are perfectly protected during the entire process. Our team will pack or crate anything you may need so everything arrives safely to the destination. We know how important your items are and our team will make sure your items are well prepared to travel across town for your move, or across the state. Once everything is perfectly loaded, your crew manager will make sure we have everything you need before they depart.
Your items will arrive to the destination and our team will take a quick assessment of your new location to find the most efficient routes for moving in, and to see which rooms your furniture needs to be placed in. As a full service moving company we can always do as much or as little as you need. Our team will make sure all items are placed in the rooms and areas you need, assemble any furniture you would like, install appliances or help with mounting services. We are here to help make sure everything is set up and ready before we leave, if you need us. At the completion of the job the crew manager on-site will do a walk through with you to make sure all of your needs have been covered. Once you let them know they are finished the team can accept card or cash for payment.
After The Move
After the move if you have any questions or concerns at all, please contact us right away. We want to make sure you have the best moving experience possible and our team is here to help. If you have a mountain of boxes and packing materials you need out of the way, we also offer junk removal services to help get your new space back in order!
