Here at College Movers, we can handle any move! Our name comes from our movers & history. While a large percentage of our movers are undergraduate and graduate students, we do also employ non-students to help with our wide variety of services! Are There Any Other Fees I Should Know About?

Do You Disassemble And Reassemble?
Absolutely! Our teams are great resources for all kinds of assembly and installations (including those tough Ikea sets). From TV mounting, new furniture assemblies, fitness equipment moving, and more, we are here to help!

Do You Work On Weekends?
We do, we want to be available when you need us most! Our services are in the highest demand on weekends so we do suggest scheduling a weekend appointment as early as you can. Our rates are also the same 7 days per week!

What Forms Of Payment Do You Take?
We accept all major credit cards, Cash, Square Cash, or certified check. Whichever is easiest for you. There are no additional fees for card transactions either!

Can I Leave My Items In The Drawers?
You may, but please consider the individuals who are helping you move. Heavy items are not easily maneuverable and are harder on those moving them. Fragile items inside can also get damaged, and small items may fall out. Our movers may remove individual shelves in order to reduce the weight and keep themselves safe.

What Can't You Move or Haul Away?
There are very few things we cannot move or haul away with our junk removal services! (We can even move the pictured 2 story air compressor tank!) Below is a list of items we can't haul or move.

Do You Rent Moving Trucks?
While we do not rent moving trucks at this time, we do help load and unload them! If you are needing help just loading a rental truck of your own or unloading it, our teams are here to help.

I Have A Fragile Antique Piece, How Do You Protect That?
For very fragile items, antiques or highly valuable pieces we offer custom crating! This offers the best protection to ensure perfect transport and relocation every time

What If I Would Like To Change My Moving Package After The Team Arrives?
If you need to change your package, call our office as soon as possible. We always want to make sure you have what you need for a successful move!

Is Valuation Coverage The Same As Insurance?
Valuation coverage and insurance are not the same! Moving Valuation is provided by a moving company and offers compensation for loss or damage based on a per pound declared amount. It is a declaration by the customer of the amount of value, on a per pound basis, they would like placed on their items during the move. You can learn more HERE
